• Continually improve our Tea Quality, Operational Effectiveness, Infrastructure & overall Food Safety Management System.
• Maintain hygienic work environment through periodic review of Hazard Analysis & Food Safety objectives.
• Ensure Operational activities from Receiving to Dispatch comply with applicable laws, regulations, & customer requirements.
• Exhibit Leadership, Commitment & bear the responsibility for Establishing, Implementing, Integrating, & Maintaining the Food Safety Management System.
• Provide sufficient resources for the effective implementation of Food Safety Management System.
• Provide training & awareness sessions for Continuous Improvement to develop a Food Safety Culture.
• Establish effective Internal & External communication with our Interested parties.
