This privacy policy relates to TAPAL FAMILY MIXTURE CONSUMER PROMOTION CAMPAIGN only (“Campaign”). Tapal Tea (Pvt) Ltd. (herein referred to as “the Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This privacy policy is intended to inform you how we collect, define and utilizes your personal information (“Information”). Please take a minute to read and understand the policy.
The Company reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and/or photos for marketing campaigns and/or news broadcasting. The users’ data can be utilized by the Company for research and promotional purposes (including TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor and Mobile) only. The Information shall not be shared with any unrelated third party not associated with the Campaign.
The Company reserves have the right to conduct lucky draws at the specified areas, with or without any announcement once the Campaign has officially commenced.
The Company’s decision on any matters relating to this activity shall be final and binding on all Parties. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
The participants shall not post content that pertains to any terrorist group, is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. User must hold all the rights for the content shared by them. Participants must hold all the rights for the content/information shared by them.
All trademarks, logos and color schemes used in the Campaign are intellectual properties of the Company, and any unauthorized use, copy and infringements of the Company's intellectual property shall entail civil as well as criminal liabilities.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Tapal Family Mixture Umrah CP is brought to you by Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd. hereinafter referred to as “The Company”.
- This Campaign will run from 20th October 2025 till 20th November 2025 after which no entries shall be entertained for the Campaign lucky draw.
- All participants must be an adult (aged 18 years and above) holding a valid CNIC and residing in Pakistan only may be eligible for participation in the Campaign.
- The Campaign shall be held only in Karachi and Hyderabad, Pakistan.
- The Campaign is valid only for Family Mixture Umrah CP packs (430g and 900g) that are purchased during the period of the Campaign.
- Anyone directly or in-directly employed with the Company or its associated agencies, contractors and their immediate family members or households is not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
- Participants will need to do the following:
a) Buy any Family Mixture Umrah CP pack (430g and 900g) and read the instructions mentioned on the pack.
b) Find the code inside the pouch, dial 0349-1231233 and give a missed call on this number.
c) Once the missed call has been placed, wait for a call back from Tapal IVR service upon which you will be asked to enter the code written on the pack – Enter the code.
d) Once you have entered the code, you will be asked the name of the city where you are participating–Say the name of the city where you are participating from. After this, you will get a confirmation ofyour entry into the lucky draw.
e) After submission of your entry, the pack should be retained/held for claiming the prize.
f) Consumers can also send in their entries via Tapals official Whatsapp channel by sending “Umrah” to the Tapal official number and submit the requested information.
g) The more entries you submit, the higher the winning chances.
h) This campaign is for a limited time period only and all entries must be submitted within the timeframe to be eligible for the program.-

- The Company has the right to accept or reject any entry without citing any reason whatsoever.
- The Company’s decision on the finalists/winners will be final and conclusive. The Company shall not entertain any appeals or objections in this regard.
- The Company has the sole and exclusive authority to make decisions in all matters of the promotion/campaign and the same shall be final and conclusive.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate entry, or modify the rules, if necessary, as and when needed and any decisions made by the Company in this regard shall be final and conclusive.
- To claim the prize of the Campaign lucky draw, the winner must possess the phone number from which the entry is made along with a pack with the code on it along with his/her CNIC copy or any required document and hand it over/courier/postal to the Company’s representative when required. Any winner not having any of the above in his/her possession shall be disqualified.
- Subsequent to the announcement of the winners, the winners shall hand in, courier or post a copy of their valid CNIC within 7 days after first contact with the Company, failing which the winners may be disqualified from the Campaign and the Company shall have the right to conduct a fresh lucky draw for the respective prize(s).
- Participant-provided contact number should be active, responding and reachable till 2 months after the end of the Campaign.
How Will We Contact You?
- Winners of the Campaign lucky draw will receive a call from the Company if they are shortlisted as eligible winners.
- In order to ensure that the Company has complete information to distribute the prize to the Winner(s). Winners shall provide complete details of the following in a manner and in such form as per the instructions of the Company:
i. Winner’s full Name
ii. Winner’s Address
iii. Winner’s Contact Number
iv. Winner’s Valid CNIC Number
v. Winner’s Valid CNIC Copy
vi. Winner’s Father Name
vii. Winner’s Town
viii. Winner’s City
ix. Family Misture Packs bought by the Winner (from where bought and participant still holds the packs or not)
x. Prize Details
Winners shall send the above information through postal/courier to the Company within 7 working days of being announced as winners, failing which the Company shall have the right to disqualify the concerned winners without any intimation.
Participants provided contact numbers should be registered in his or their family member’s name, and should be active, responding and reachable till 2 months after the end of the activity.
In the event the Company is unable to contact the winners due to insufficient/incorrect details, or is unable to reach or contact them through a phone call, the Company reserves its right to disqualify such winners.
Terms & Condition
The following are the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the Campaign:
1. By participating in the Campaign, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the Company’s right as to act as the final decision-making authority in all matters relating to the Campaign, with its decision(s) being final and binding for all. You further expressly agree to receive calls and messages from the Company about any other/future promotional offers, campaigns, product launches, surveys, consumer studies and/or product appraisals.
2. The Company has the right to add, amend, modify, change and/or remove any of the Terms and Condition(s) stated here at any point in time during the Campaign with or without any prior notice.
3. The Company, its affiliates, employees, directors and/or permitted assigns shall not be responsible if for some reason the customer is unable to send missed call or receive the call back.
4. The Company holds the right of decision in all matters with respect to the promotion/campaign which shall be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
5. Prize handover to winners shall take certain amount of time after clearance of all legal and operational formalities.
6. All prizes must be claimed latest by 31 st December 2025 after which the Company shall not be responsible for any late claims.
7. All promotional activity for the Campaign, including, but not limited to the prizes and model shown, is only for creative and illustrative use. The prizes and model may vary (subject to the availability of the asset) from the ones shown in visuals and communication. The consumer shall have no right to claim on such basis. The Company reserves the right to withdraw and/or withhold any prize shown in the creative image if such prize is not available once the Campaign is commenced.
8. The Company shall not be in any way responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for use and no guarantees shall be given whether implied or expressed as to the quality and/or performance of any prize distributed under this Campaign.
9. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, special and or consequential damages to person/property arising out of the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize.
10. Any complaints in respect of the quality/serviceability of any prize having a warranty shall be communicated by the respective winner directly with the product manufacturer.
11. The Company does not guarantee or warranty the distribution of any of the prizes listed under this Campaign and shall not in any way be responsible and liable to the consumer if the Campaign and/or any part thereof is stopped due to any applicable laws and/or the order of the competent court..
