A fair, transparent process, recruitment and selection is at Tapal Tea is exhaustive. A recruitment test, panel interviews and psychometric screening as well as medical examination and detailed reference check are carried out, but the candidate’s personality determines the outcome.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Performance management is implemented through Management by Objectives (MBO) and Functional Performance Indicators (FPI), as is a behavioral review process. A comprehensive strategic planning system annually sets performance goals and targets for the organization.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Continued learning forms the basis of training and development at Tapal Tea, with functional learning focused on by internal and external subject specialists. On the job learning and mentoring is the norm.
